Connected in a few simple steps.
Install each digital eSIM on its intended compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Keep the QR code and activation information private.
Before you begin
Check eSIM compatibility with the device manufacturer. Ensure the device is carrier-unlocked, connect to reliable Wi-Fi, and review your package’s activation and validity rules in the supplier-provided product information. Do not assume validity starts only on arrival.
iPhone and iPad
Open Settings → Mobile Service or Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan your profile-specific QR code from another screen, then follow the device instructions. Menu names vary by iOS version and region.
Android
Open Settings → Network & Internet or Connections → SIMs / SIM manager → Add eSIM. Scan the profile QR code and follow the prompts. Menus vary by manufacturer and Android version.
If scanning is unavailable
Use the manual activation information shown on your secure order page, if supported by your device. Never share the code in a public support request.
When you arrive
Enable the installed eSIM for mobile data. Enable data roaming if required by the supplier plan. Keep your primary SIM’s data roaming off if you want to avoid primary-carrier roaming charges. Use supplier-provided APN information where supplied.
If something goes wrong
Do not delete an installed profile unless support confirms it can be reinstalled. QR codes can be single-use. Check Wi-Fi, device lock status, selected data SIM, and package validity, then contact support with the order reference.
